November 07/09   Chris Brown Responds To Rihanna's Interview
Chris Brown
Less than a day after Rihanna's tell-all interview on "20/20" about the domestic dispute with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, aired and began spreading all over the internet, Brown is now responding. The R&B signer issued a statement saying he hopes their personal relationship stays private dispite all these interviews. "While I respect Rihanna's right to discuss the specific events of February 8, I maintain my position that all of the details should remain a private matter between us," he said in the statement. "I do appreciate her support and wish her the best. I am extremely sorry for what I did, and I accept accountability for my actions. At this point, I am taking the proper steps to learn about me and grow from my mistakes. I only hope that others in similar situations can learn from our experience as well. Abuse of any kind is always wrong. The rest I leave it to God." [Rihanna's FULL 20/20 Interview About Chris Brown - Watch Here]

You have those people who will support you. So it's kinda like 50/50 for me. I got the people that will come out and support and then the people that don't wanna see me do anything. They basically want me in jail." [Chris Brown Says He Is Confused About Why The Public Thinks What They Do Of Him - Watch Here]

November 07/09   50 Cent Unfazed By Leak Of Upcoming Album
50 Cent
50 Cent recently talked about his reaction to his upcoming "Before I Self Destruct" album leaking on the internet almost a month before it's release date and why he feels this album's focus is more based on generating interest for his upcoming live shows and tours, rather than say, album sales. The G-Unit general also said he was extremely confident in "Before I Self Destruct" over all sound.     "All you gotta do is get the response," Fif explained. "The response is so well, so good, that I know the record is a hit. So whether the consumed it from actually purchasing it or they got it off the web or wherever they got it from, when they hear it and enjoy it, they end up at the show. How can I focus on album sales now when it's to the point where my record is released four weeks before schedule. The marketing, everything that's planned to sell the actual record, is happening four weeks late, now that the record is out a month early. You know, those things are happening after they had an opportunity to hear it and it's confirmation to the doubters that the record wouldn't be good." Although the Triple C's leader didn't give many details, he did say that filming for the movie will start next month. "We gonna let that [album] go next year," Ross promised in an interview. "The whole concept behind it was we wanted to do different so and do a movie. November 07/09   DMX's Manager "Hes An Artist, Not A Boxer"
DMX
Well after news broke yesterday (November 6th) that DMX might be dropping out of his celebrity boxing match, a representative for the rapper has come forward to address the claims. According to DMX's manager, Nakia Waker, the original plans called for the fight to be staged. "Event Promoter and Management agree that [DMX] is scheduled to win Boxing Challenge." Walker also added a line to an addendum for the contract which read, "All parties agree this event has been scheduled to occur only in fun and that the artist involved is not a professional boxer."

The fight promoters, Thunder Promotions, refused to sign the addendum, claiming they never agreed to fix anything. Now, DMX is threatening to back out and the promoters are looking for someone to replace the rapper while they also prepare a lawsuit for breach of contract. DMX's rep tells us the rapper really does want to fight -- rigged or not -- but she's forcing his hand because "he's a hip hop artist, not a boxer."
