Tupac Shakur's mother, Afeni Shakur, reportedly caught a break related to her recent drug arrest and charges as it's been delayed untill August. According to multiple reports, agents with the state division of Alcohol Law Enforcement charged 63-year-old Afeni Shakur Davis on April 16 with felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance and simple possession of a controlled substance. A hearing scheduled for this morning in Robeson County District Court was continued until Aug. 24.
