50 Cent is being sued by a Florida woman who claims he unlawfully distributed her homemade sex tape over the internet after he edited himself into the movie wearing a wig as his "Pimpin Curly" character. Lastonia Leviston filed suit Wednesday (February 24th) in Manhattan court saying 50 used the tape she made with her lover, who 50 blurred out, back in 2008.
So is the lawsuit over the infamous porn tape that 50 Cent put out that he said featured Rick Ross baby mother, Brooke? Thats all we can think of...As "Pimpin Curly," 50 talks throughout the entire 13-minute video offering his funny commentary on things taking place."Now look man, I'm gonna show you some sh*t man," Curly says before showing the video. "She says she loves the n*gga, I thought she was with Ricky."
"Oh this is cold blooded, man...Tape only been on for one minute 30
seconds, you're dead...Look at the stretch marks on the stomach from Ricky daughter" Curly says as "Brooke" is shown performing sexual acts with a man.
