As we previously reported, 50 Cent was set to join rock band Fall Out Boy on tour but now the collaboration concert will have to be put on hold due to his schedule. 50 would have joined Fall Out Boy tonight at the UCF Arena on the "Believers Never Die Part Deux" tour but the G-Unit general says he won't be able to make it.
This isn't the first time that Fall Out Boy and 50 Cent had to cancel a concert together. Last week a show with the two hit makers at the Showgrounds in Texas was postponed due to severe weather conditions. Patrick Stump, the frontman of Fall Out Boy, talked about 50 joining them on some of their tour stops saying "He came up with the idea. He had been talking for awhile about doing something together. We definitely like hip-hop a lot, and I think a lot of people know that at this point. We've toured with Paul Wall...We've encountered a little bit of negative feelings about it, but I think that you should challenge your audience a little bit. And I think the reality is that, OK, if you don't like 50 Cent, if you're that stuck-up that you're going to stand there and hate him actively, then go to the concession stand during (his set). Go get a T-shirt or go to the bathroom if that's how you feel. Otherwise, challenge yourself."
