Up-and-coming Canadian rapper Drake may have a lot of buzz but 50 Cent says it's nothing close to what he had back in 2002 slash 2003. [watch here] With Co-Signs from Lil Wayne, Kanye West and even Jay-Z, Drake's buzz has been compared that of 50's but fif says "I didn’t hear that, I don’t think you can accomplish that right now."  [watch here] 50 talked about his buzz prior to signing with Eminem saying you can't compare it to Drake as he didn't have help from radio. "Not without finance. I hear his record on the radio. He got a good buzz, I hear him. Shit, it wasn’t possible for my music to be on the radio when I was coming. You know mine’s was completely organic." [watch here]

50 says he thinks the music industry itself is pushing Drake, something they didn't do for him. "When you hear a song on the radio it means it’s being worked," he explained.  [watch here] "Ain’t nothing there just because, enough for it to be playing every hour on the hour. That song is being worked like he’s on a label. You know I’m sure Sylvia Rhone or Universal — they’re spending money to get the record played. They got the public feeling like its just happening."     When 50 was reminded that Drake hasn't even signed to a label yet, 50 said "He might not be signed yet, but they may work it to get him to sign. Is it worth it to sign until you develop that?" [watch here]
