50 Cent Talks Beanie Sigel Signing To G-Unit

Well ever since Beanie Sigel started his beef with Jay-Z and 50 Cent said he even tried to sign Sigel to G-Unit Records back in the day, everyone has been wondering if 50 will infact, sign Beanie to G-Unit now. According to the G-Unit general, they have talked about it but they have a long way to go. "I had a meeting with him today," 50 said Thursday (November 5th). "First we gotta start with the music — where’s the music? Then we have to get into what it would take to bring him over to G-Unit as a record company. 50 did talk about Beanie Sigel's talent, saying he wants to hear what he's recorded. "I would listen to what he has," 50 said. "His skills haven’t diminished. Nine times out of 10, he’ll have something workable already on deck. When you’re dealing with artists who have been established longer than you, it’s a process. You have to figure out exactly where they are at before you commit to being a part of those projects, because they have habits and they’ve been conditioned for something different. Before ending, 50 Cent did note that he is also looking at other artists to possibly sign to G-Unit Records. "I got artists who I’m looking at," he said. "A few of them aren’t actively available for me to do different things with them. But I’m looking to sign new artists into the actual company."
