50 Cent will play a loan shark in a new London gangland movie called "Dead Man Running," which began shooting yesterday (11/19). Co-Starring Brenda Blethyn, Tamer Hassan, Danny Dyer and Monet Mazur, the film (written and directed by Alex De Rakoff) is about an ex-con trying to go straight when he's given 24 hours to raise $150,000 to pay 50's character off.
In related news, 50 was recently added to the cast of "13," a new film co-starring Mickey Rourke and Jason Statham. In addition, the G-Unit general recently worked on "Streets Of Blood" along with Val Kilmer, "Spectacular Regret" along with Christopher McDonald plus signed on to star in "The Dance" with Nicolas Cage.
50 Cent's next album "Before I Self Destruct," and another full length film of the same name, was recently pushed back from Dec. 16 to an unspecified date early next year.
