50 Safe From Suit
A man who claims he was assaulted at a 50 Cent concert in Vancouver is suing the venue, security and the show's promoter — but not 50, The Vancouver Sun reports. Clayton Baker says four security guards assaulted him and threw him out of Pacific Coliseum during the December 2005 show after mistaking him for another man. Baker, who also holds the promoter accountable for the incident — for hyping the show in a way that attracted a violent crowd — seeks unspecified damages. …
