Dolla's Killer Scared, Bail Lowered

The main suspect in the shoot death of Akon's Konvict Music artist "Dolla" recently had his bail lowered to $2.1 million dollars after saying he is "scared." L.A. Superior Court Judge Terry Bork reduced the bail for Aubrey Louis Berry from $5 million on Tuesday (May 26th) after his lawyer stated things like his client is a college graduate with no prior arrests who fired in (what he says was) self-defense.
Berry says that he thought the Atlanta rapper, who had a recent confrontation with at an Atlanta nightclub, was trying to fire a gun at him after following him out to the valet parking area of a L.A. mall. Mr. Berry's attorney, who repeatedly said the shooting was not murder, called the meeting of the two a "terrible coincidence" and his client was "distraught" and "scared" after the shooting and he simply "made the mistake of going to the airport" where he was arrested with a gun.
