Akon Trial Day Set & Puts Him 'Over The Edge'

Akon appeared in court this morning to face charges after an incident in 2007 where he threw a 15-year-old fan offstage. According to PoughKeepsie Journal, Akon had the trial date set for December 1st. Akon faces second-degree harassment and a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a minor. If convicted, the R&B singer could face up to a year and fifteen days in prison.
