Akon's "throwing a fan" trial has been delayed, as it was pushed back to December 17th. Trial stems from the incident last year in which AKon allegedly threw a teenager into the crowd during his performance at the "KFest" in Fishhill, New York at the Dutchess Stadium. Akon plead not guilty to endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree harassment. The court date will decide whether the Konvict will goto trial.

In related news, Akon recently had problems traveling overseas. “What I hated this year…Of course when you travel, the traveling ain’t as comfortable as it used to because the politics played such a big role,” Akon told XXL. “The United States ain’t as loved as they used to be. In certain territories we got treated a little harsh because we had U.S. passports, but thanks to Obama we gon be able to fix that," Akon finished.

In related music news, Akon joined T-Pain, Diddy, Lil Wayne and Swizz Beatz to feature on the new remix of Busta Rhymes' "Arab Money" [listen here].
