Twelve years ago today the world lost one of the best rappers in history. Rap pioneer Notorious B.I.G. was shot and killed in Los Angeles back in 1997 after leaving a VIBE Magazine and Qwest Records party at the Petersoen Automotive Museum.
Biggie Smalls was named the "greatest rapper of all time" by The Source and Blender magazines and is always included in everyone's "top 5" of all time.
