Shyne Calls Diddy A Liar; Dad Tries To Stop Deportation

As most of us know, Shyne was set to be released last week after serving nine years in prison but that is currently on hold while officials decide whether to deport the rapper back to Belize, where his father is the Prime Minister. Dean Barrow (Shynes dad) says he has written New York Governor David Paterson, asking that his son be pardoned, so that he isn't deported. "Obviously all sorts of things are happening in the States and it is clear a move is afoot to deport him and it is also clear that he is seeking to resist that, but I am sure where the legal processes are at this juncture," he stated but "I have not had a response," he said.

In related news, as we reported last week Diddy recently said "I spoke with him a couple weeks ago. He sounded like he was in good spirits. I know he can't wait to get home." According to Shyne not only did the call never happen, it probably never will. "I want it known that this supposed conversation is a figment of Sean Combs' imagination," the rapper stated. "He never spoke with me, he never visited me nor would I ever accept a phone call or visit from him. The only way I would do either of those things would be if he stepped up and did the right thing for the victims of the incident."
