A shooting broke out at Beanie Sigel's 35th birthday party Saturday (3/7). With over 600 fans in attendance, the party took placee at the Philadelphia "Penn Landing" night club. Police say that 24-year-old Tyheem Baker was shot in the chest around 1 am after getting into an argument with two men. The police also said that before the shooting they were also called to the club for a fight breaking out and that the club's video-surveillance system "mysteriously malfunctioned."
Beanie Sigel "was performing on stage at the club," when the shots broke out his attorney, Fortunato Perri Jr. said. Beanie Sigel is still under supervised release following a federal weapons conviction. "He was told later that something happened, but he didn't know who was involved," said Perri.
