The recently re-united group Bone Thugs-N-Harmony have been served with a $280,000 lawsuit after they allegedly did not show up to perform at a show in Washington last year. The Tacoma Jazz basketball team are the ones suing the group, saying they gave Bone Thugs the money to the group for the performance that they say didn't happen.
"The defendants breached the agreement by failing to show up and perform -- [they] neither cancelled the engagement or returned any monies paid under the contract," the lawsuit reads. "The plaintiff has since that time done everything in its power to settle this matter without any good faith response by the defendants."
Besides the $280,000 in compenstion damages, the basketball team is also asking for attorney fees, declaratory and injunctive relief plus any other compensation deemed by the court.
