As we recently reported, C-Murder was sent back to jail after violating the terms of his house arrest, now we have learned it's permanent. The No-Limit rapper will now have to remain in prison and his bond was doubled to $1 million dollars. C-Murder is set to stand trial for a second time for the murder of a 16-year-old boy Steve Thomas after the first trial was ruled a mistrial.

The judge ruled that C-Murder should stay in jail after the rapper left his grandmothers house (the house-arrest location) three times since October, says his electronic monitor. The judge warned C-Murder that he would "be looking for a reason" to increase his bond. C-Murder will hit court on April 20th.
