C-Murder recently caught a break, well as much as one can when they are serving time. A judge in the 24th Judicial District Court said Tuesday (May 5th) that C-Murder, better known to the government as Corey Miller, can remain out of jail until his retrial for second degree murder.
The D.A.'s office wanted the New Orleans No Limit Records rapper's home-incarceration revoked after he violated a gag order by speaking at a news conference last month but Ron Rakosky, C-Muder's lawyer, said his client was innocent. C-Murder will continue to remain at his grandmother's home.
