C-Murder Has 2nd Murder Trial Set

The date is now set for C-Murder's second murder trial. Lousiana state judge Martha Sassone set a date of January 12th for the new hearing in the second-degree murder case the 37-year-old rapper will face. C-Murder, known to the government as Corey Miller (also brother of P. Miller aka Master P), was convicted in 2003 for the murder of 16-year-old Steve Thomas back in January of 2002.
After a series of hearings C-Murder was granted a second trial. If convicted in this new trial the rapper will face a mandatory life sentence in prison.
