Birdman Pleads Not Guilty Heads To Trial

    Founding member and CEO of Cash Money Records, Bryan "Birdman" Williams, also known as "Baby," plead not guilty to a mary jane possession charges at a preliminary hearing yesterday in Tennessee. Baby and 15 other people were originally charged with possession after cops stopped his RV in November after the vehicle made an impropter lane changed and forced a tractor trailer into an emergency lane. After a search, police found a pound of marijauna plus a few guns.

    In interviews after the arrest, Birdman admitted to possessing the marijuana but says it wasn't a pound. Yesterday at the hearing 3 members of the arrested group didn't show up in court. Baby and the rest of the group are set for trial in October.
