Chris Brown Gets Los Angeles Judges Help To Avoid Jail Time

Chris Brown turned down a plea deal a few weeks ago from his misdemeanor assault case and he was back in court Monday. The prosecutors said, “Brown’s violent behavior continues to increase in severity and frequency” and he poses “an increasing danger to society.”

Although the prosecutors thought otherwise, the L.A. Superior Court Judge James Brandin didn’t think jail time would be the best thing for the 24 year old singer.

“Luckily for Breezy, L.A. Superior Court Judge James Brandlin did not agree with that, and said that Brown would be better off completing his 90-day rehab for anger management than being put in jail.” (HNHH)
