Chris Brown is looking to cop a plea, but according to reports, he doesn't want to do any jail time (then again, who does?). Gossip website leader, TMZ, is reporting that Brown's people say he is willing to plea to only a misdemeanor charge and it's Rihanna's own aggressiveness that might help him stay out of prison. Brown's team talked to the top legal people who apparently said since Rihanna was the first one to strike, slapping and hitting him "numerous times" while he was driving, charges against Chris should drop out of the felony category.

Oprah became the latest celebrity to publically plea to Rihanna to stay away from Chris Brown.  In a new video Oprah tells Rihanna "he will hit you again" [watch here] while Chris Brown's ex-step father comes forward to say he never abused Chris Brown's mother as Brown has said multiple times [watch here]. Another vintage Chris Brown interview also surfaced today in which Brown talking about Rihanna and abuse saying "Nah I Would Walk Away. Ill Do The Grown Man. Ill Never Do That/ Be In The Press" [watch here]

In related news, Snoop Dogg has recently invited the troubled couple to appear on his new "Dogg After Dark" television show. "I would definitely have them on the show," Snoop said in an interview, "I would have to have Dr. Phil on the show because that's not my section or department, but I'm sure Dr. Phil would have some advice," he joked.
