Parents Pissed Chris Brown Up For Kids Award

Chris Brown and Rihanna are on the ballot for the upcoming Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, and some parents are pissed! As of yesterday (3/10), over five-thousand parents had signed an online petition asking that Chris Brown be removed from the ballots. Nickelodeon is standing by its decision to not remove Brown. "Like all our KCA nominees, Chris Brown was nominated by kids several months ago based on his body of work as a performer," a Nick rep said. "And the kids who vote will ultimately decide who wins in the category."
Brown is up for two awards, Favorite Male Singer and Favorite Song for "Kiss Kiss," which put's Chris up against his girlfriend and alleged victim, Rihanna. A spokesperson for the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards has confirmed that Chris Brown will not be attending the show.
