Will Rihanna Testify? Browns Lawyer Wants To Talk
Chris Brown's lawyer wants a special hearing to talk about Rihanna testifying. Mark Geragos, Brown's lawyer, has requested an unscheduled hearing before Brown's arraignment to discuss Rihanna testifying ini the case. The special hearing will take place on March 23rd in the chambers of Judge Patricia Schnegg who recently has the case moved to her court.
Prosecutors will join Mark Geragos and the judge (Chris Brown will not be there) to discuss the posibility of Rihanna testifying in the case but the group will not talk about the recent plea bargin negotiations. Chris Brown's arraignment for the alleged beating of Rihanna takes place on Monday, April 6th.
