Chris Brown To Get A Plea Deal?

Chris Brown's preliminary hearing for his "alleged" assault on his girlfriend at the the time, singer Rihanna, is set to begin today at 1:30 in California. Now there are reports that Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, is currently in chambers with the prosecurtor and judge, possibly working on a plea bargin that could be announced today.
In related news, Rihanna was subpoenaed to appear in court for the hearing against Chris Brown but it's still unclear if she will take the stand to testify against Brown. Rihanna does have the right to refuse, although it might result in fines but expects say that the judge would most likely not finer her since it's a domestic violence case.
