DMX Assaults Officer, Could Do 8 More Years

DMX is in trouble again. Less than a month ago X was sent to solitary confinement for threatening a correctional officer, now DMX is in the hot seat again. DMX apparently attacked a Sheriff's detention officer while on lockdown in a Arizona prison. If authorities take action, DMX could be charged with aggravated assault and face up to 8 more years behind bars.
As previously reported, DMX is serving a three month (90 day) sentence for drug, theft and animal cruelty charges. On the 8th of this month, DMX was put into 23-hour-a-day lockdown following an incident where he allegedly threatened a correctional officer.
