DMX Indicted For False Identity

    The DMX saga continues. X has been indicted in Arizona on the charges that related to him using a false identity so he didn't have to pay medical expenses he incurred during a hospital visit. The grand jury charged Dmx with one count of theft and one count of taking someone else's identity.

    DMX was arrested for this charge earler this past Saturday in a shopping mall in Phoenix on a warrant. Earlier this month he was arrested after getting off a plane, for failing to appear in court and pay fines he owed.
