The rock-rap collabos continue. Yonkers rapper DMX recently hooked up with political rockers Rage Against The Machine to produce two tracks for upcoming movies, entitled “Here I Come” and “We Gonna Get It Right.” RATM is currently minus their frontman Zach de la Rocha, who departed the group in 2000. De La Rocha is currently pursuing a solo rap career.
“Here I Come” will be used on the soundtrack for the upcoming action thriller, Cradle 2 the Grave. The movie reunites producer Joel Silver with ‘D’ and Jet Li, who co-starred together in Romeo Must Die. The “We Gonna Get It Right” track will be featured on the upcoming Jackass movie, an offshoot of the painfully popular MTV television series starring Johnny Knoxville.
