Alex Da Kid Talks Working With Dr Dre (Video)

With the announced released month of February getting closer and closer, legendary hip hop producer Dr Dre is 'constantly working' on his upcoming "Detox" album, says fellow producer Alex Da Kid. Alex, producer of Eminem's "Love The Way You Lie" single, says he has personally been working a lot with Dre adding "I'm not allowed to say too much because I will get shot and killed. They have snipers on the rooftop as we speak." Although he has worked with big name artists like Eminem and Rihanna, Alex Da Kid says the hardest thing is overcoming his "fear of getting in the studio with such a perfectionist [Dr Dre]."
So what has the up and coming producer learned from the producing king? "I think, basically, he works harder than everybody I know," he said. "He's constantly just working. I think that's what it takes to be successful in anything, not just producing."
