Drake spent his Valentine’s Day in New Orleans, performing at The House Of Blues. During the show Drake took a  moment to speak on Lil Wayne and the release of “Tha Carter V“. He let the crowd know that Lil Wayne has a lot left to show the world.

“You wanna hear Lil Wayne at his best,” Drake says in a video posted by motahiphop.com, “if you wanna hearYoung Money at they best, I mean it’s Carter V May fifth. Just know we about this shit for real.”

Lil Wayne, whose name has been in the news lately due to a South Florida teacher using his “6 Foot 7 Foot” lyrics as part of a homework assignment, briefly spoke about “Tha Carter V” a few months back.

“My next album isn’t Tha Carter V because I think I have to work on other albums with my pop Birdman and things like that,” Wayne said at the time. “But, after Tha Carter V, I hope I can retire.”
