Drake’s “Nothing Was The Same” Leaks

Drake’s highly anticipated sophomore album, “Nothing Was The Same” has leaked onto the internet with more than a week to go before it is schedued to be released.

Drake’s latest solo effort was reportedly leaked onto the internet Sunday (September 15).

Just days before the official release of Drake’s new album,Nothing Was The Same has hit the internet. The Canadian rapper’s album is scheduled to hit stores Tuesday, September 24, but the entire LP surfaced online Sunday, just nine days before its release. The album features the highly anticipated collaboration between with Jay Z, entitled Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2. In the song, Drake complains about how his classmates treated him in high school.” (Enstarz)

Last week, Drake and his team released a short trailer for the album via OVOSound.

Drake released a mysterious trailer for Nothing Was The Samewhich drops in two weeks on Sept. 24 today via OVOSound. It’s essentially just a procession of really nice cars–an OVO motorcade, if you will, with Canadian flags hanging out of the roofs. Drake recently explained why his latest LP will be better than the last.

After dropping Take Care, Drake relocated to Los Angeles, where he recorded a bulk of the new album and focused on stepping up his game. “The music that I’m making is more concise, more clear, and I’ve been able to get my thoughts a lot better on this album,” he told MTV News. “Take Care is a great album, but I listened to it and realized where I could do better and I think I’ve done better on this album.” (MTV)
