Eminem's new album "Relapse" is one of the most talked about projects in music and now it has a release date. According to Amazon.com, Eminem's new album will hit stores on December 23rd although a spokesperson for Eminem's label, Interscope Records, says "there's been no date scheduled for it." Then again Amazon lists Eminem's new album title as "TBD" (to be determined") despite Eminem announcing it was called "Relapse" earlier this month. Who's right? Time will tell.
In a recent interview with the BBC, Eminem said he doesn't feel a need to rush out the release of "Relapse" saying "I've accomplished enough with the music that I haven't had to go out there and do other things to oversaturate." There's no desire to be that big again. Whatever happens, I'll take it, but that's definitely not what I'll be recording the songs for." [listen here]
