The court clerk who gave Meek Mill a note begging him for money during his probation violation hearing has been fired.
According to reports, court officials say Wanda Chavarria clearly crossed the line by writing a note that stated she needed college tuition for her son claiming,
“unfortunately with my bad credit, I am unable to secure a loan or co-sign a loan for my son. Anything that you can do is very much appreciated.”
Meek’s lawyers say Wanda was serving as the clerk for judge Genece Brinkley, who sentenced the rapper to 2 to 4 years in prison when she slipped the note to him.
Although the judge claims she didn’t know about the note, Meek’s lawyers say she verbally asked the rapper for money with the judge right next to them.
