Foxy Brown to Sue NY Over Legal Woes

Earlier this week, charges against female rapper Foxy Brown for the alleged mooning of her neighbor were thrown out by a New York judge. Most people would be happy with that result, but, Brown is none to happy with the judicial system and how she was treated.
In an interview with the NY Post, Brown's lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, said he was planning of filing the 100 million dollar lawsuit against the city of New York, claiming the rapper was treated “maliciously” by the Assistant District Attorney's office.
Strazzullo maintains that "(Foxy) she should have never been prosecuted for allegedly “mooning” her neighbor during a dispute in July of 2010 and that the case was a waste of taxpayers' money.".
