Foxy Brown & Lil Kim Sued Over Books

Two of rap and hip-hop's top female MC's, Foxy Brown and Lil Kim, are being sued together. The lawsuit says that both ladies were paid advances by Simon & Schuster for books that never came out. Foxy Brown was allegedly given $75,000 for an exclusive autobiography called 'Broken Silence' and Lil Kim is being sued for $40,000 for a novel.
Both lady rappers were required to complete the books but soon after signing the deals, they were box in jailed, and served time. Lil Kim served a year in prison for lying about a shooting while Foxy Brown had a year in prison for a probation violation.
