Gnarls Barkley is now saying their second album, The Odd Couple, will hit stores on March 25h. Previously they had stated that the much anticipated album wouldn't be available until April 8th. As we previously reported, their new album leaked online about two weeks ago, although Billboard is saying that is not the reason the due has moved up the release. A post on Gnarls Barkleys' website said "They felt the timing was right to just go for it," "With the shifting seasons, furtive romantic entanglements and fierce college basketball rivalries, the latter half can be confusing. People need to be soothed and inspired now." Their latest video "Run" was released and is currently number 36 on the Billboard Modern Rock chart. They haven't planned a full tour to promote the album but have scheduled a few performances including an April 12th visit to "Saturday Night Live." "Believe it or not, I still can't afford to take my entire family on the road with me," Cee-Lo Green said, "[But] it's an entirely different thing to walk out onstage to the love and embrace of a crowd that's singing along with something you could have very possibly been alone in. And it's about that too. It makes me able to complain a whole lot less."
