Gucci Mane Signs New Deal With Warner

    Atlanta's own Gucci Mane has signed a new record deal with Warner Brothers Records, ending his long time relationship with Big Cat Records. In response, yesterday (May 12th) Big Cat released "Murder Was The Case," a new LP that contains material from Gucci Mane he recorded before 2007 including "Stoopid" and "Runnin-Back Gittin Fat."

    Gucci Mane made it clear who he's with and how he feels about the new album. "I am no longer signed to, booked by, or working with Big Cat Records or any of its employees in any way," Gucci Mane said in a statement. "The CD that Big Cat is putting out consists of records that were never planned to make my album and is a non-official release. My fans will get the official Gucci Mane album in August on Warner Bros. Records."

    In related news, Gucci Mane recently released a new song called "She Gotta Friend."
