Update: Gucci Mane Still In Atlanta Jail

Contrary to reports alleging Gucci Mane was set free today (Nov. 3) following a court appearance, a rep for the Fulton County Jail Office in Atlanta has told The Juice that Gucci, born Radric Davis, is still behind bars. The reason? No bail has been set for the damage to government property charge, one of seven charges Gucci's been hit with. The other six are: Obstruction of law enforcement ($1000 bail) Driving without a license ($100) Reckless driving ($1000) Failure to obey traffic control ($200) Failure to maintain lane ($100) Driving on wrong side of the road ($100) (Billboard)
