Single Ladies Dance Steps:
First of all you stand and then move left to right with your upper body and gently move left to right with your feet. Make sure you left hand is like a teapot hand.
On the now walk forward three steps.
On the up kick your right leg up and cross it over your left, quickly
You jump gently on to two feet which are apart. You put your hands on your hips and on the beat shake your upper body and then three more times.
You get your left leg and bring it towards your right, make sure you left is bent and make it go round in a circle and then lift it up and go in a half circle from your right leg.
Jump slightly and then bring your legs outwards and then walk three times to the right and drop your upper body down to your lower, with your left hand like a teapot again.
Change direction and walk round in a big circle, but sort of like a drag.
On the up on me bit lift your right leg up.
Beyonce's Single Ladies dance originated from the J-Setting dance choreography that was inspired by "Mexican Breakfast", a 1969 routine choreographed by Bob Fosse.
