Fast rising R&B singer Ester Dean is taking a big step forward for 2012. By signing a new deal with Jay-Z's Roc Nation. She will join other artists like Rihanna, J Cole, Jay-Z and Willow Smith. You might remember Ester Dean from 2011 hits Rihanna's "Rude Boy" and Nicki Minaj's "Super Bass"
