Jay-Z was recently interviewd by the BBC. During the new interview, Jigga talked about his upcoming new book "Decoded," the relationship he has with Kanye West, his upcoming Greatest Hits album along with his hopes for his new label, Roc Nation.
Jigga even spoke about signing Willow Smith, Will Smith's daughter, to his new label calling her a phenonmenom.
