Kanye's Photog Beat Down Case Starts Monday

Kanye West (well, at least his lawyer) is due back in court next week for another hearing over his highly public legal alleged assault on a photographer at the L.A. airport. The hearing was set to take place on Wednesday (July 15th) but was rescheduled and will now take place early next week.
With Kanye not required to attend the hearing, his attorney Blair Berk will most likely get a continuance. West is charged with three misdemeanors over the September 11th incident where he and his manager allegedly smashed a camera, video camera and a flash. Kanye previously pleaded "not guilty" to the battery charges.
