The new "Fame Kills Starring Kanye West and Lady Gaga" tour is now confirmed. [dates & locations here] Starting on November 10th in Phoenix, the tour will go on all the way through 2010. Although most of the States are made at Kanye right now, presale tickets for the tour start tomorrow. "She’s talented and so incredible that she’s not an opening act. We’re doing it together, with no opening act," West said.
