It looks like Kanye West and his tour manager Don Crowley will avoid jail time and be given an option to do community service for their assault and vandalism charges from last years LAX airport incident with a cameraman. The L.A. City Attorney, Felton Newell, tried to argue that the case was overcharged sayign that Kanye and Crowley acted with "reckless disregard," adding that the video shows "an intent to commit a felony." Kanyes lawyer noted that West has already settled his problem with TMZ (the company the cameraman was working for) as he paid for the broken camera, so TMZ didnt want to press charges. The judge agreed since they both enrolled in anger management programs and stated he would dismiss the charges when they both serve 50 hours of community service.
