KiD CuDi Mistaken For A Burglary Suspect

Freshman rapper KiD CuDi has become the latest celebrity to have a run-in with the LAPD. According to multiple reports, CuDi found
himself in handcuffs on the side of the road yesterday (December 21st)
in Los Angeles after the police mistook him and his entourage for
burglary suspects. KiD CuDi and his pals were leaving a photoshoot with NME on Melrose Ave when five LAPD patrol cars pulled them over and detained them.
Later, KiD CuDi talked to NME about what went down, saying
he really didn't know. "Who knows, really, the story changed a bunch,"
he said. "I’m just happy to be back. I’m a free man! For that moment I
was not free. I was in handcuffs. It did not feel very comfortable." KiD CuDi continued
"We’re in LA, it’s a rowdy place in the United States, you know? And a
lot of shit goes down. And these cops have to use force. So it’s, like,
I understand that they were doing their job. I just wish we weren’t in
that place at that time."
