Rapper Lil Boosie was recently released from a long prison stint and has been getting straight to the business by releasing new music and even a new video since then. Boosie continues to get back to the business over the weekend by calling upon fellow rappers Young Buck and Yo Gotti to join him for his first post-prion concert.
According to reports, Boosie finally hit the stage again on Friday (April 11) in Tennessee.
“After the cancellation of what supposed to be his first post-prison show, Lil’ Boosie finally hit the stage at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium on Friday (Apr. 11) night. Kicking things off with “Devils,” Bad Azz’s set included tracks like “Exciting,” “My Struggle” and “Set It Off.” The “Show Da World” rapper was also joined onstage by Yo Gotti and Young Buck, who performed “Shorty Wanna Ride.”” (VIBE)
Boosie recently released his first video since his release and called up his longtime buddy Webbie to assist him with the track.
“Following his release from prison last month, Lil Boosie gets right back to work by dropping the video for “Show Da World” featuring Webbie and singer Kiara. From L.A. to London, the Baton Rouge rapper shows love to his fans and Trill Fam across the globe, and in return, they hold him down. “As for my fans, I love ya’ll, straight up / Ya’ll a part of me so when they hate, they hate us,” he raps. The black-and-white clip, directed by G. Visuals, also features cameos from his friends including DJ Drama, Slim Thug, Bobby V, Paul Wall, and more.” (Rap-Up)
