Lil Kim sued for 2.5 Million by Record Company

Just months after Lil Kim was last sued for failure to complete a book she is now getting sued again. Again for not deliverying content, this time its stated as “failure to deliver content”. Seems Kim might need to do what her name spells out and Keep It Moving, get off her fat ass and do some work.

The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan’s State Supreme Court on Tuesday by Brookland Media, who say they spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on recordings, equipment and advance payments.

The suit says Lil’ Kim, whose real name is Kimberly Denise Jones, tried to change the contract after signing and halted recording until Brookland agreed to her terms, reports the Associated Press.

Brookland wants the court to declare the contract valid and bar Lil’ Kim from recording for another company.
