Wayne Banned From Signing Autographs In Jail

     According to TMZ, Lil Wayne has been forbidden from signing autographs while he serves his one-year jail sentence at New Yorks' infamous Rikers Island. A rep for the Correction Officer's Benevolent Association told TMZ that the ban on autographs was made to hide Lil Wayne's celebrity status because "Lil Wayne is not a celebrity in here."
