Birdman says Lil Wayne's Rebirth not Entirely Rock

Lil Wayne's new album "REBIRTH" LP was slated to be Weezy's Rock debut but in a recent interview Birdman aka Baby denied that it would be an all rock album.

With the first single from Rebirth been the not so popular "PROM QUEEN" [watch music video] and now the new rumored single "IM NOT HUMAN" [listen here] you would have to think that it was going to be a hip-hop rock album.

"That's what I think people are getting misunderstood," Birdman tells Vibe magazine. "When you speaking about a rock record, you think he's got a guitar and everything, but it's not that."
"It's going to be some of those types of beats, but it's just great music. I don't think no artist can do what he about to get done. My son is a rock star."
Birdman went on more to praise Wayne in the interview, even adding "He can rap, he can sing, he's just an artist. I don't think no one will ever be greater because I don't think no one puts in the time or the quality."

Previous stories rumored about the Rebirth been shelved, but with the new singles and buzz and with the release date set for June 16th, we know not to underestimate Wayne.
