Lil Wayne Almost Dies At Age 12

Lil Wayne almost died at 12 years old after he accidentally shot himself with a 9 mm handgun in his mothers Hollygrove apartment back on November 11th of 1994 but thanks to Robert Hoobler, he didn't. Little Dwayne Carter picked up a gun and began playing around with it in front of a stereo blasting music and at about 1:15pm, he accidently fired a bullet through his chest, somehow missing every vital organ, but he was bleeding to death.
Weezy dialed 911, wheezing as he spoke. As blood poured out, the operator asked what was wrong to which Lil Wayne said "You will find out when you get here." Officer Robert Hoobler was on his way to an off-duty detail when dispatchers broadcast the emergency call. Hoobler then showed up and held Weezy in the squad car as he drove him to the emergency room.
