Another day, another video blog by a rapper. The most recent is hip hop mogul, Diddy, who released a new video today [watch here] where he had a guest, the number one selling Lil Wayne. Diddy enlists Weezy to give advice to up-and-coming artists in the game. Lil Wayne says that “you have to be really into what you’re doing.” Weezy says that you shouldn’t try to be different because “when you try to be different, you end up being the same.”
Weezy talks the secrets to his success stating that he is always working. “I don’t stop at all. have a studio on the bus with me, I got a studio when I go out the country… when I’m not on stage, I’m in the studio, when I’m not in the studio I’m on the stage or on set. 3 S’s … set, studio or stage.”
